Covid-19 Information

 

We are now open again for leisure breaks and general guests. We are Covid secure and can't wait to see you. We will continue to ask guests to complete our Covid-19 contact sheet, which includes the NHS app QR code.

Our rooms are separate from the main house and minimum contact can be maintained whilst restrictions are in place. All our rooms are cleaned and serviced by ourselves and we have always used a disinfectant to clean hard surfaces which are touched by guests. This will continue and we will be adding the following services or restrictions:

 

  • We will welcome you with our usual smiles however we will not shake your hand upon arrival.

  • Until restrictions are fully lifted we will not offer to carry your luggage to your room.

  • Whilst we will show you to your room social distancing will be observed at all times.

  • Breakfast will be served in the breakfast room and slots will be available in order to ensure there is minimal contact between guests and ourselves.

  • Room servicing will be minimal and any surfaces touched during this process will be disinfected, including the door handles.

  • Please let us know, immediately, if you feel ill or think that you may have Covid-19 so that we can manage your booking and ensure everyone on the premises is safe.

  • Our cancellation policy is the same as it has always been and you can cancel up to three days, before your stay, free of charge.
