Terms and Conditions
If you cancel the booking before 22:30, 7 days before check-in it is free of charge. If you cancel between 7 and 5 days before check-in the charge will be 50% of total. If you cancel less than 5 days before check-in the charge will be 100% of total. We advise guests to take out travel insurance in order to safeguard against the cost of cancellation.
Your arrival at Yew Tree Farm
Whilst we try to be as flexible as possible to meet your needs, we do appreciate an estimated arrival time so that we can plan accordingly and greet you on arrival. Normal check in is between 4pm and 10.30pm. Early arrival can usually be accommodated but this is by prior arrangement and will be subject to an early arrival fee. Please contact us should you need to arrive outside our check-in window.
Departure from Yew Tree Farm
Guests are requested to check out by 10.30am in order for us to prepare rooms for our next guests, please contact us if you require a later check out and we will do our best to help.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets at Yew Tree Farm.
Children of all ages are very welcome at Yew Tree Farm.
All the guest rooms are non-smoking rooms. You are welcome to smoke outside and we are happy to provide ashtrays for this purpose.
Damages and breakages
Please tell us, immediately, if you break or damage anything in your room. We do not normally charge for minor breakages but reserve the right to charge you should the damage or breakage be significant. You will be charged a flat fee of £25 should you lose your room key.
Should the room you have booked become unavailable, for reasons beyond our control, we will attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this is not possible we will offer you a refund of any monies paid however our liability would not extend beyond the refund paid.
For email and telephone bookings, payment is normally taken on departure by cash or card. If you book directly by the Eviivo booking system, full payment will be taken at the time of booking (this is fully refundable within our cancellation policy guidelines). If you book on-line with a partner (e.g. Hotels.com, Trip Advisor etc) card details will be taken and held securely by our booking system although no money will be taken unless there is a late cancellation or a no-show. During very busy periods a deposit may be required.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, vehicle or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves, our employees or contractors whilst in the course of employment.
