Marmalade time!

The Seville oranges are here! I always look forward to this time of year with the joy of finding Seville oranges to make a new batch of marmalade. We have usually run out long before they are available but I am getting better at judging how much to make! I have now purchased my first batch and can't wait to fill the house with the lovely scent of orange over the next few weeks.
